The First Annual HASLUP HUSTLE 10K, 5K, & 1mile Family Fun Run Sunday, October 5, 2014 10:00 am Starts and Finishes at Easton High School 723 Mecklenburg Ave, Easton, MD The Haslup Hustle is a fundraising event to benefit the Dave Haslup/Lou Gehrig Athletic Scholarship Foundation. All proceeds of this foundation go towards three goals: • scholarships for student athlete’s at Chesapeake College • support for youth sports in the community • funding for organizations for ALS research, patient and caregiver services

Important Race Info You may participate as a 5K runner or a 10K runner or as a 1 mile walker/runner.
Start Time 10:00 a.m., Sunday October 5, 2014
Early Registration/Packet Pick Up Registration packets can be picked up Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Hearthstone Fitness Center from 3:00-5:00 p.m. (Consider a prerace pasta dinner at Ledo’s.?)
Race Day Registration/Packet Pick Up You may register and receive your packet on race day at the Start/Finish line at the Easton High School field. Race day registration is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Distance and Course Both the 5K and 10K courses run through residential areas around Easton High School and out and back on the Rails for Trails.
Awards and Post Race Festivities All participants in the 5K and 10K will receive medals. GIFT CERTIFICATES will be awarded to both the male and female overall winners of the 10K. Recognition/certificates will be given to male and female top three winners in the age brackets noted below: ◊ 19 and under ◊ 20 - 29 year olds ◊ 30 - 39 year olds ◊ 40 – 49 year olds ◊ 50 - 59 year olds ◊ 60 - 69 year olds ◊ over 70 years old and over Door prizes will be awarded based on bib numbers prior to the awards ceremony!
T-Shirts • T-shirts will be provided to all who register in advance of the race. T-shirts are not guaranteed for race day registrations. One t-shirt will be given to a registered family.
