Pre-Registered runners and walkers are guaranteed race t-shirts. Register Early! 1/2 Marathon runners receive long sleeve t-shirts; 5k run/walk runners receive short sleeve t-shirts; Flat, Scenic Course through Historic Lewes, DE; Entertainment on half-marathon course; 7 Water Stops (6- 1/2m & 1- 5k); Finishers Medal for 1/2 marathon and 2-person relay; Kid's Dash Runners will receive a finishers award; More to come...keep checking...

WALKERS |
Walkers are encouraged to compete in the 5k distance and not the 1/2 marathon distance. All participants must maintain at least a 14 minute per mile pace. Participants unable to do will be required to move to the sidewalk and obey all pedestrian traffic rules. THE COURSE WILL OPEN TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC on a rolling basis after each mile. Walkers are welcome but must maintain this pace throughout the race. No headphones. No wheels (roller blades, bikes, strollers, etc.). No dogs. The 1/2 marathon distance requires several volunteers and police on the course that need to move to different locations along the course for safety coverage. This is for safety of the runners so that all the intersections are covered. Thank You for your cooperation. Race Director Tim-SS
