DESCRIPTION:

Out and back 10 miler, starts in downtown Rehoboth Beach on 4th street at the Rehoboth Beach Running Company.  Female runners will start at 8 a.m. With male chasers going off at 8:08:30 a.m.  Course follows Columbia to Surf to Ocean Drive out to Cape State Park at Gordon's pond and onto the new trail.  The race will reach the halfway mark and turns around at the Biden Center.  Don't get caught!

7:00am - Day-of registration/packet pickup opens

8:00am - race start (male at 8:08:30)

10:00am - time cut off -- the course closes
