Beautiful fall morning for a run...special thanks to the Cape Henlopen Friends Group as well as Cape Park Watch for their support on the course...special thanks to the Daisey Sister's, Amaya & Aya, for their service with registration/results/awards ceremony, Fran Donaway- the worlds best volunteer, and DJ Kenny R for pumping the tunes during the event, and Joey Kwit for cranking out the pancakes...Thanks to my great STRIDER Race Team...Thank you to the GIANT FOODS for donating the fruit.   Finally to Fredman, my boy, for showing up and doing his thing with over 500 photo's after what was one of the hardest weeks of his life.   Cape Henlopen State Park- the place to be!
