5K Race / 1/4 mile Dolphin Dashes for Kid's K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

In Cooperation with the Seashore Striders, Proceeds benefit the annual Betty Gooch Scholarship presented each spring to a Sussex County Senior to be used for future educational needs.

Course

Start and finish will be in the center of the track as runners will loop the track at the start and the finish. The course will loop highland acres at the beginning and the end and in the middle will loop blockhouse pond. Fast & Flat.
