There is no mud worse than GOLDEN KNIGHT MUD!!! Come try your skills at the Golden Knight Mud Run, brought to you by the Sussex Central Track & Field Program. Prepare to get muddy. This course is a combination open trail, fresh mud pastures, and wooded trails. Oh and I almost forgot THE OBSTACLES, we have plenty of them to challenge you, including a Mud Bog, that trucks have a tough time getting through. SCARED YET?
