WELCOME TO THE FREEZE THE DAY 5K RACE INFORMATION

We invite you to participate in the First Annual Freeze the Day 5k race.  This event will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society- Eastern PA- Delaware.  Join the Striders at Sandhill Fields on Sunday, February 21st at 10 am for a fun safe 5k.  Run or walk in this event for a great cause!.  In the case of inclement weather, the re-schedule date is Sunday, February 28th.

RACE REGISTRATION INFO:  

  • 5k Run/Walk... ---> $25 each PRE entry fee through Sunday February 14th.
  • 5k Run/Walk... ---> $30 each POST Race Week entry fee through Saturday, February 20th at 6 p.m. 
  • 5k Run/Walk-
    • If using Universal or Entry Form...Mail entry form/payment by Tuesday, February16th 
    • Freeze the Day 5k; P.O. Box 99; Nassau, DE 19969
    • Make Checks Payable to: “Seashore Striders”
  • THIS EVENT WILL BE CAPPED AT 250 PARTICIPANTS DUE TO COVID GUIDELINES - REGISTER EARLY!
