Race Note...Congratulations to all the finishers in today's Bill Degnan Memorial 5k Run at Cape High School in Lewes.

Congrats to anyone who completed all SIX for the "Six Pack".   We managed six races in eight days and we have runners who we will honor at the Beachpaper 5k next weekend.   Today we honored Bill Degnan, a great teacher, coach, and friend...He is missed everyday and I am sure he is high above teaching some boy or girl how to throw the shot put, playing a prank or leaving a sticky note, or just saying "You look nice today young lady!"
