Duathlon (Run, Bike, Run) 1000 meter Hard Sand Beach Run (.62 miles), 30k Bike (18.5 miles), and 7k Run (4.35 miles)
Aquabike (Swim, Bike Only) 1000 meter Ocean Swim (.62 miles), 30k Bike (18.5 miles). Less than a 1/4 mile run to the Finish.
Swim Bethany Beach's beautiful and clean ocean waters, bike along one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Coastal Delaware and run through area towns along the coastline. You will no doubt discover why Bethany Beach was just named as one of the "best secret beaches on earth" by Travel & Leisure.
Start: Garfield Parkway & the Beach, Bethany Beach, DE
Finish: Bethany Beach Boardwalk
