6:45am - Pre-Race Instructions
6:50am - National Anthem
7:30am - Triathlon/Duathlon Starts
10:30am-1:00pm - Post-Race party

WHERE:

Start: Garfield Parkway & the Beach, Bethany Beach, DE
Finish: Bethany Beach Boardwalk

REGISTRATION:

Triathlon (Swim, Bike, Run):1000 meter (.62 mile) Ocean Swim, 30k (18.5 mile) Bike and 7k (4.35 mile) Run
Duathlon (Run, Bike, Run): 1k (.62 mile) Beach Run, 30k (18.5 mile) Bike and 7k (4.35 mile) Run
Aquabike (Swim, Bike Only): 1000 Meter Swim (.62 miles) and a 30K Bike (18.5 miles), followed by a less than quarter mile run to the Finish Line.

RACE HIGHLIGHTS

• USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
• Finishing Medals; Overall, Clydesdale, Athena, First Responder, and Age Group Awards including a 'First Timers" division
• Course will encompass an Ocean Swim/Beach Run with a Bike & Run through Bethany Beach, North Bethany, Indian River Bridge and South Bethany
• Finish Oceanfront on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk
• Sports Expo, Health Fair
