Meet at CAMP Rehoboth (37 Baltimore Avenue) at 10 am on Sunday August 18, 2013
One Ocean swim clinic and lecture by TriCoach will be available (only for pre-registered athletes ~ you may register onsite). Don't miss your opportunity to get helpful swim tips and information about the same water that you will compete in, while learning proper open water techniques & transitions, etiquette & tips that will help you master and create confidence. Swimmers of all skill and experience levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Clinic first meet at CAMP Rehoboth at 10 am on Sunday August 18, 2013, and then on the beach off Baltimore Avenue.
