HERRING POINT 5K & 10K
WHERE: Herring Point, Cape Henlopen State Park; Lewes, DE
WHEN: Saturday, October 18, 2014 @ 8:00 a.m.
COURSE: Runners will leave Herring Point (Cape Henlopen State Park) and run north to Marathon Road just past the Biden Center. Runners will make a turnaround and access the new Gordons Pond Trail. On the NEW Gordons Pond Trail towards Rehoboth Beach runners will head south. The 5k will turnaround just past the 2m mark and the 10k will turnaround at about 3.6 miles. The course will not reach the Gordons Pond Parking Lot. Finish will be at the Herring Point lookout overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Both the 5k and the 10k are out & back.

AMENITIES: Short-sleeve Tech T-shirts to all registered participants, water stop and refreshments provided, CHIP timing and finish line by Seashore Striders Event Production
