LOCATION- Sandhill Fields; Georgetown, Delaware

Course

Courses will be the following: 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k, and 5k.

1k- .45m Course (NEW) 2k- 1.24m Course 3k- 1.86m Course 4k- 2.48m Course

Registration

Team Coaches...We will make it as easy as possible for you to enter the meet.

1. Fill out the excel spreadsheet with all the required info in each column

2. Email Spreadsheet to tim@seashorestrider.com by the Wednesday, October 30, 2024 deadline

3. Payment of $10 per athlete can be made at the meet when you pick up your packet or you may send a check or money order to: Seashore Striders/Tim Bamforth, 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE. 19958. Checks made out to "Seashore Striders"

Awards

Awards: will be presented to the top (M/F) team in each of the four(4) divisions as well as medals to the top 20 finishers in each race.

Qualification to NATIONALS: The top 20 individuals who are not a part of the top three teams will qualify for Nationals. Procedure is to pull out the top three teams and then count 20 individuals.
